List of Locations To Find One-Stop Service Center for OFWs (OSSCO)

Find out here on where you can find the address or location of a One-Stop Service Center for OFWs. As of December 2016, there are now 10 operating branches of OSSCO in select provinces as set up by the POEA.

There are plans to open more OSSCO centers nationwide to reach more Overseas Filipino Workers who resides in the provinces. OFWs are encourage to use the facility and services being offered in this one stop shop to facilitate processing of papers and documents.

  • Baguio Convention Center, Baguio City
  • Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga
  • OWWA Regional Office 4A in Calamba City
  • Robinson’s Place, Puerto Princesa City
  • SM City, Cebu City
  • Robinson’s Place, Iloilo City
  • DOLE Regional Office No. 8, Tacloban City
  • OWWA Regional Office 9, Zamboanga City
  • OWWA Regional Office No. 10, Cagayan de Oro City
  • New City Hall, Koronadal City
iSensey will update this list when there are new OSSCO POEA centers that will open to better serve our OFWs looking for info on where to find One-Stop Service Center for OFWs.

What services are available in the one stop shop for Overseas Filipinow Workers?

One of the purposes of the POEA in establishing the one stop shop centers is to reduce the expenses of OFWs since the services of concerned government agencies can already be availed of in just one location.

If you are an OFW and you need to transact with the government agencies and offices listed below, you can go to the OSSCO center to make processing faster for you.

  • Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA)
  • Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA)
  • Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA)
  • Technical Education Development Authority (TESDA)
  • Professional Regulation Commission (PRC)
  • Maritime lndustry Authority (MARINA)
  • Home Development Mutual Fund (HDMF – Pag-IBIG)
  • Philippine Health lnsurance Corporation (PhilHealth)
  • Social Security System (SSS)
  • Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA)
  • Bureau of Immigration (BI)
  • National Bureau lnvestigation (NBI)
  • Commission on Higher Education (CHED)
  • Tourism lnfrastructure and Enterprise Zone Authority (TIEZA)
  • Philippine National Police (PNP)
  • Bureau of lnternal Revenue (BIR)

OSSCO hours of operation is 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday only. The office is not open on Saturday and Sunday.

Reminder for those who wants to work in other countries: Apply only for jobs abroad via a manpower recruitment agency accredited and duly licensed by the POEA.

    Is there a way we can use our philhealth as an outpatient when we go back or while we are on vacation in Philippines?
