[Updated 2018] Latest DOLE Daily Minimum Wage Rates Per Region

Info on the current daily minimum wage rate per region and cities as mandated by DOLE through the National Wages and Productivity Commission (NWPC) and Regional Tripartite Wage and Productivity Board (RTWPB).

Different regions have different minimum wage rate for workers. The rates are determined through various factors including current economic condition in the area, type of industry, hired workforce, etc.

Several regions implemented a new minimum wage as set by NWPC / RTWPB after the approval and effectivity of wage hikes orders.

There are some sectors and groups in the country which are pushing for the scrapping of the regional rates but this move may be challenging to attain success especially in the light of varying economic and financial climate per region, cities, municipalities among others.

Should there be a change to wages like an increase or a new wage hike or ,  we will try our very best to update this article accordingly as fast as we can.

This post is updated as of August 3, 2018 for REGION 7 details only.

Hi Michaelo, we are not experts in Labor Law.
