Hi… I paid for online registration through GCash…. I did the same process as you’ve shown here. DTI deducted the amount for registration but when I checked their webpage, it says my transaction is unpaid…. and the business name is still reserved, not registered…..

I called the Batangas DTI office, but still no action from them. I guess I have to be there personally.

Hi Chairmaine, try to follow-up your query with them, take note of the personnel’s name you’ll talk with so you have records. Also, copy your Gcash transaction record and if possible, screenshot the sms messages you received as you pay for your online DTI permit using GCash. Before you go to DTI, make a last attempt to download your DTI certificate copy, there might just be a system delay. Hope things work out with you soonest.

Hi mby, you can add funds to your gcash account by visiting a Globe store branch and ‘depositing’ the money there; 7 Eleven branches also accepts gcash funding. You can also go to any BancNet ATM nationwide and use your ATM card issued by a BancNet-member bank to cash-in.

puede po yung two options na sinabi mo, basta make sure na makuha mo yung transaction number pagka bayad. mas maigi, ma screenshot mo yung na approve na transaction ng gcash for your file.

You need to load funds to your GCash account or ‘cash in to GCash”, not load your sim.

Pag nagreregister ko ulit yung same name hindi naman na process, pag nereresearch ko naman sa existing business name not register naman po sya, pano po kaya gagawin ko para maregister ko po sya ulit, salamat po.
