What should you do if you encounter that your balance was debited but no cash was released when you tried to withdraw using your atm card?
Yesterday, I tried to withdraw cash from a BDO ATM machine using my atm debit card issued by this same bank. I was able to enter my PIN and the amount without any problem, then when it was time for the machine to dispense cash, nothing happens in the screen.
Nag-hang yung machine, ang tagal, more than 5 minutes ata. So I had to call the SM guard manning the back-entrance to the department store to be a witness; the guards were stationed just beside the machine.
*I was withdrawing in an ATM machine inside SM department store.
The guard said ‘Nag-hang po?’, sabi ko parang oo ata. The guard then advise me to go to the BDO branch inside the mall, who was handling that particular machine.
Hindi agad ako umalis, I have to make sure no cash will be dispensed, baka kako nadelayed lang. Finally, the machine returns an error message, and may lumabas na SLIP bearing the message “Unable to Dispensed”. See screenshot.
The next thing I did, I put my ATM card again in the machine to do a BALANCE CHECK. I did not do this prior, but good thing I know how much money was in my savings account connected to the ATM card.
The machine worked okay when nag balance check ako, and ayun, I saw my account was really debited the amount I tried to withdraw, but no cash to show for it.
The atm slip is proof that there was an atm machine error on my first transaction.
FILING A REPORT – ATM Unable to Dispensed
After that, I went to the BDO branch inside the mall. There were lots of clients, so I had to queue for maybe 30 minutes. Finally, when it was my turn, I explained the situation, and the bank staff said you can file a dispute.
She then took me to a table with a phone, dialed BDO hotline, and gave me the phone when the call finally connected to their hotline helpdesk.
*I am actually puzzled why I can’t just file the dispute with them in person, considering they are the branch in charge of the atm machine I had issue with. But maybe, this is the procedure of BDO for cases like this.
After verifying my identity and the machine error, the hotline support gave me a Report Number which I jotted down. I also asked when will my money be returned to my account…
‘Ma’am within 5 banking days po’.
“Ha? What if yun lang yung pera ng depositor, at sueldo yun, pa-aantay niyo sya ng 5 banking days?’
The CSR replied, ‘may instances naman po na mabilis lang maibalik yung pera sa account.’
WAITING GAME
Today, Friday, is the 2nd banking day since I reported the no cash dispense issue. I will update this post, once my funds are back to my account with BDO. Will share kung gaano katagal it took for this issue to be fully resolved.
ISENSEY NOTES and TIPS
What if you were in a rush and no chance to go to the branch in-charge of the ATM machine to report? You can do these options:
MAKE SURE TO KEEP THE SLIP that says “Unable to Dispense”. This is your proof, the evidence.
- Call the hotline to report the issue.
- Visit your branch of account to report the no cash dispense for your account, and they will report the issue for you.
*The branch of account may be different, from the bank branch in charge of the atm machine you used.
- Wait for 3 to 5 banking days without doing anything.
*What usually happens when there is an “unable to dispense issue” is that, magdi-disbalanse ang atm records. A banking officer will tally the withdrawals versus actual cash dispense versus remaining money in the machine. Once a ‘disbalance’ is establish, the next step will be identifying the account debited but no cash was released. Then the process will continue until the fund is rightfully back to the account of the concerned depositor.
The bank system will automatically RETURN your money back to your account if the no cash dispensed is verified as legit. The window to return can be from 3 to 5 banking days in most cases.
It is very important to wait until there is a error slip. If ever the machine went back to the welcome screen, without giving you a slip, I strongly suggest that you report it via hotline or in person by going to the branch you opened the account with ASAP.
Hassle talaga to encounter issues like this. Tsk.
The most important thing is your money should be returned to you asap if the atm machine malfunctioned when you tried to withdraw.

It happen to me this day around 6pm. Eastwest bank ako tapos nagwithdraw ako sa Chinabank. It went well naman at first pero dun nako kinabahan dahil may 1 min ako naghintay para madispense yung pera. As usual nauna lumabas yung card tas reciept tas hinintay ko talaga na may lumbas. Wala! So inulit ko tas pag pag check ko ng balance debited na siya. Nakakapanlumo talaga.

This just happened to me today. Nag-withdraw ako sa isang Landbank ATM machine inside a police station after office hours. Nag-hang ‘yung machine. I didn’t know what to do, may nakapila na rin sa likod ko. I removed my card and tried again, tapos nabawas na ‘yung buong sahod ko kahit walang na-dispense na pera. Pero ‘yung next sa akin eh nakapag-transact naman nang maayos. Nangyari na rin daw ‘yun sa kanya dati. Mag-report and over-the-counter na lang daw ako.
I texted someone from our Office’s cashier and found out na may “nabiktima” na rin daw that same ATM machine from our office just last week, and until now hindi pa rin daw nakukuha ang pera nya.

Nangyari sakin just last night, LBP ang bank kasi payroll account yun. I withdrawed my full month worth ng sahod ko. I made sure na working yung ATM kasi nauna yung co-worker ko sakin. As I enter my card sa slot and after yung pin and amount, ok naman. Pagbalik nya yung guard na sinabihan nya di daw pwede umalis sa entrance kasi mall guard sya so pumunta ako. Sinabi ko yung nangyari then advice ng guard na tawagan ko yung number dun sa ATM. Bumalik agad ako to get it, ganun padin machine unavailable padin. I took pictures ng lumabas sa screen and yung numbers. Then nag hanap ako ng payphone baka sakali kahit malabo na ako makakita. So nagload nalang ako, syempre shitty hotline services. Kinain lang yung load ko sa pagwait na may mag pickup na banker. After 20mins I checked ulit mukhang ok na yung atm so I tried checking my balance dun sa machine so syempre as per my iaccess debited na nga. Lumabas na yung card ko then nag machine unavailable nanaman. And yun pagdating ko sa bahay tried to call yung hotline for nth time finally may nag pickup, so nag file ako report, binigyan ako ref. # then up to 5working days daw, sa bwisit ko, sinabi ko sa banker na may kasalanan ba ako dun, bakit ko kailangan na mag hintay ng ganun katagal and kailangan ko yung pera. But ayun pigil na pigil padin me kahit bwisit na ako. I couldn’t sleep, takot ako, baka lumabas yung pera nung wala ako, first time nangyari and all,. So wala naman magawa so wait lang ang hope for the best kasi hopeless. Hayyysss

It happened to me last Saturday at 6pm. Had chosen 10K for the first withdraw and worst unable to dispense. I did not save the receipt thinking the money was still at atm. When I tried to check my balance and they took 10K. First action was I waited for 2 minutes and then report to the guard. Galit na nag nagpanic ako , I went to their office inside and inform na di na dispense ang pera. Customer service agent told me to check in 24 hours baka maibalik na. Monday na ngayon wala pa rin. I need to go back to their office and follow up for my dispute. Gago akala ko ba “We find ways” tapos walang action for how many days. P8ta.

Same thing happened to me too.. Kaya lang walang receipt na nilabas yung machine. Ang siste, may Metrobank ATM sa loob ng company namin, dun ako nag withdraw. Walang nangyari sa first attempt ko. So kinancel ko at lumipat ako sa katabing machine. Same scenario. Chineck ko pa sa mobile app ko na walang perang nakuha. Nagulat na lang ako pag check ko ulit ng madaling araw, may nadebit na 10k sa account. Mixed emotions ako, gusto kong umiyak, na sumigaw, na magwala. Di ko alam ang gagawin. Right now, nasa work pa ako at hindi pa ako maka tawag sa customer service nila. T_T

I have the same problem too. The transaction is under investigation pa and it was for by debit card. At the same bank with you, MetroBank. I tried to withdraw P6,500 but atm did not dispense a cash. Yung masaklap lang, kung lumabas yung pera at nakuha na ng iba sabi ng bank na hindi na sila makakarefund pag ganun. I am still hoping na maibalik lang yung pera. I have worked a lot to earn that money at mawawala lang na parang bula dahil sa system issue which is not my fault. Nag punta ako agad sa MetroBank branch after sa nangyari, sabi nila ok lang daw hindi daw completed yung transaction. But when I went to withdraw again the same night wala na yung P6500 sa account ko. Yung total balance ko ang liit nalang T_T I am still waiting for the investigation to be done. I still need to wait 3-5 business days. Di lang nila alam gaano kabigat sa damdamin kung ano na.

Almost same experience un skin, debited yet the machine did not dispense. December 6, 2017 nun nangyari, naireport ko at the same day sa BDO pero i connect lang nila sa kanilang hot line. Napakatagal na mag hintay sa pagsagot sa hotline nila, umaabot ng almost an hour para makausap un taga call center agent ata nila. Ayon iisa lang sinasabi, bola bolahin lang un complanant waiting daw for final report. Seven times na akong nagpapabalik balik para lang na revert yan 10K na nadebit pero luhaan pa rin hanggang ngaun. January 5 na ngaun almost a month ni ala report from their field. Sayang motto nio “we find ways…” Ginagawa yan at hindi decorasyon.
My losses now is now even worth 10K emotionally down talaga.

Waaaa! Kinakabahan na tuloy ako. Kanina lang nawithdraw ako sa ATM ng BDO located at Savemore dito sa Tuguegarao. OK naman yung machine. Mabilis naman. Di naman din naghahang. Nailagay ko na yung amount, password then lumabas na yung ATM card ko tapos nakalagay na sa screen na “please wait for your cash to be dispence” ata yun. Tapos biglang nagbrown out sa Savemore. Kinabahan na ako lalo. Pumunta ako kanina sa customer service ng SM, sabi punta daw ako sa Office ng BDO dto sa Tuguegarao na agad agad ko naman pinuntahan. Sabi nila wait daw ng mga 1-3hrs, babalik din daw yun. Kapag wala, balik daw ako dun at kausapin daw yung hot line nila .mamaya. Pero sa nabasa ko ngayon, sobrang kinakabahan na ako! It happened to me on the 31st of Jan 2018. Sad part is my bank is in the US and BDO informed me that I have to call my bank and report it. It is BDO ATM but it seems they wanted other banks to fix their problems. To top that they talk to you like you are not worth their time. Stay away from BDO.

Same thing happened to me last Chinese New Year. BPI card gamit ko pero BDO atm terminal ang palpak. It didn’t dispense cash pero 10k was debited parin. Super hassle nakakawalang gana. Dapat ayusin naman ng BDO yng mga atm nila. Pano kung dun nakasalalay yung buhay ng tao sa 10k na yun. I reported it already but it’s been a week, wala pa rin. 🙁

I experienced the same thing. It was happened to me twice. First it was different machin I widthrawn on PNB ATM MACHINE in LRT ROOSEVELT on FEB 9 then machine showed that the transaction was successful I got panicked because that money was supposed to spent for my birthday but nothing came out. Glad that when I contacted BDO CS the money was automatically reversed then I went to nearest machine in my area then I saw my balance back the way it was. Then this last March 09 it was out payday I widthrawn 10K the machine took time to process my transaction I thought it was because I am processing huge amount and then suddenly may card came out and the machine processed a transaction card that it was unable to dispensed cash then the man next to me widthrawn and his transaction was process. I was very unlucky customer that day. I immediately called BDO CS for the 2nd time around and was told that they would create a case for and it would take 5 banking days knowing that it was Friday when it was happened and I had to wait Monday – Friday. I really needed the money I went to My Branch to asked additional assistance if I could withraw the money that was debited to my savings but they told the same thing. They said that it was a normal thing. This is really a bad experience they used to steal money as quick as they can but thet couldn’t process the case that way. Let’s see what’s gonna happen in next 5 banking days if not. Andyan ang TULFO in ACTION I an willing to file a case if in case di nila maresolve yung issue ko. I have my transaction records saved.

Just a follow up report para sa atin mga kababayan. Nakausap ko ang pinsan ka na nagtatrabaho sa BDO for 6 years as long as you have the ATM TRANSACTION RECEIPT even if the monitor says UNABLE TO COMPLE YOUR TRANSACTION OR YOUR TRANSACTION WAS PROCESS ETC. Basta walang lumabas na pera sa machine at may na dispense na UNABLE TO DISPENSE na transaction receipt just keep it. Kaya syang i resolved at i reimbursed ni BDO within 5 banking days yun na yung pinaka grace period. Kapag walang transaction paper na unable to dispense at walang perang lumabas pero sa monitor transaction yung process it will take a month for reimbursement.

Same thing happened last saturday. Sh1t! pam bayad ko yung ng credit which is due today. So ako pa mag aabono dahil hndi ko nabayaran yung amount due. This is to add my self to list of dismayed and victim of this BDO. It looks to me that this is a scam, their tag line “we find way” refers to getting money from us. My incident happen Wednesday March 28 2018 morning 7:30AM when I widrawn 10,000 at ATM BDO Walter Mart Sta. Maria Branch, the machine took some time to response though I hear machine is running as if it was counting the cash. at 7:41AM we receive the notification of that transaction via SMS I also check the balance on that ATM machine and it show the remaining balance the 10k was already been deducted. I don’t let anyone to use the ATM and immediately call the attention of bank Security guard to take note of that incident, I was expecting that the security guard will bar anyone from using that machine but the guard doesn’t bother as if it was just not a big deal he just told me to report it with bank personnel at 9AM when they open, So let the other widraw with permission I watch closely to see if the machine will dispense the money to the next one who are doing ATM transaction I clearly see that it dispense only 3 pieces of 500 on that next person after me. After that I’ve been contacting their hot line but to no avail. So 9AM On that same BDO branch as instructed I reported it, the BDO personnel just dial the BDO hotline number and give the phone to me and told me to wait till someone answers my call as that is required to log the incident and have a reference number, My question is why cant it be done on that branch is the hotline has the only system to log that incident?. So talk to the BDO CS give the story and they provide me a reference number, they said processing would be five days and since there is long weekend and there two holiday they be starting to process it Monday, I am starting to loose temper I said why wait till Monday I was supposed to be needing that money for immediate house work taking advantage of that long weekend. My Concern happen Wednesday which is not holiday yet, I’ve been trying to insist but CS keep on saying “that’s the procedure” in a very sarcastic. I keep on trying to be civilized so I let go of that call, and ask the BDO personnel assisting me to do me a favor, that is to cash in the remaining balance on my ATM over the counter, to my surprise the BDO personnel told me they will be charging me 200 pesos for that over the counter transaction, i sad “BDO to BDO transaction 200, subra naman perwesyo ginagawa nyo sa akin”. Too bad marami na ganito instances pero wala pakialam Government wala rin silbi ang BSP, wala rin urgency ang BDO. I’ll post update next week.

I have the same experience as yours, DBP payroll account ko naman and ginamit ko sa BDO ATM. Naireport ko naman agad and according to DBP 10 working days daw to check the issue, bank-to-bank investigation daw kasi. Earlier this day, tumawag ako kay DBP, ayaw daw ibalik ni BDO yung pera gawa ng successful daw naman yung transaction. Neither a receipt nor cash eh walang lumabas pero iniinsist ni BDO na successful daw. It is really frustrating. I had to file another report, and there is really no assurance na ibabalik pa yung pera ko.

Ifollow mo sila every day. Ganun ginawa ko as in araw araw ako tumatawag and i show them that Im so agitated. I send them a screen shot that I emailed and filed a complaint to BSP and get the their numbers. After several days of waiting naibalik ang pera ko.

hello the same thing happened to me last April 6,2018 no cash diapensed and waited almost 10 mins then decided to report it. 5 banking days daw.. til now I’m checking online wala pa din.. awts.. pero nangyari sakin sa bpi bumalik agad in 2 days.

Ganun din nangyari sa akin, dito sa BDO Toril Davao City. Ang anak ko ang may ari ng account sa bdo card pero ako ang humahawak at nag wiwithdraw kasi minor de edad yong anak ko at sustento ng ama niya sa amin ang nakadeposit dun. Nag withdraw ako ng P7k, pangbayad ng bills, pang groceries at pambili ng maintenance na gamot ko sana. Eh kaso, hindi nag dispense ng cash ang atm machine, yong ATM Card lang ang lumabas, at walang Slip na lumabas. Tapos bumalik sa Welcome page ang machine kaya pinasok ko ulit yong card at nag balance inquiry, na-deducted nga yong P7K. Pina report ako ng guard sa may bdo office desk nila para mag file sa nangyari. Yon di pwede akong lang magfile ksi naka name sa anak ko, kinuha ko pa yong anak ko sa bahay. 5to 7days daw ang waiting period. Sana naman maibalik na kasi yon lang ang inaasahan namin mag ina at may sakit pa ako.

April 16, 2018 – I tried to withdraw $1,800.00 from the BDO ATM here sa Gaisamo CountryMall Banilad CEBU. Diba yung normal process is that the machine returns your card before dispensing the cash. Sinauli naman ng machine yung card which is great kaso nga lang, I was waiting for the sound nung cash na usually the machine would prepare… Kaso wala talaga. Kinabahan nako. The screen went all black. Until it said “System Shutting Down”… I was so surprised but pissed at the same time. Like whut?? Seryoso to? Natawa na nga lang ako kasi na-ffeel ko na kung ano ang feeling nang mga customers ko (since I’m working in a callcenter that handles ATM issues). What I did first was to call the Customer Service who helped me a file a claim. She gave me a case number. She told me to allow the team to investigate within 5 banking days. I guess today April 20th is the fifth day, I still don’t see my balance changing. (sighs).

Happened to me yesterday. I have a BPI card used it sa BDO atm dahil offline ang BPI. After ko ma-type ang amount at pini-press ko na yung enter button. Naghang ang machine. Waited for few seconds wala talaga pati receipt wala . So nagcancel na lang ako ng transaction. never happened to me before so hindi ko alam ang gagawin. Got my card at nagpunta sa side to check my balance sa phone. 7k poof gone sa account ko! Pamabayad sa bills etc. etong BDO smells fishy na kayo. Worst pa after ko tumabi, lumapit si janitor sa atm. Nung tinanong at binalikan ko sila ng guard may lumabas daw na cash pero kinain ng machine. How true, I filed an incident report sa office ng SM Sta. Mesa kasama yung guard na nakakita raw na may cash na lumabas. Called BPI hotline and visited a BPI branch para magrequest ng reversal. Not blaming BPI really BDO ang nakakahassle dito dahil machine nila! Dapat nga may inconvenience fee pa silang bayaran sa ganito! Ipa BSP at Tulfo na ba natin? Goodluck sa case ko.. sorry at napahaba.

The same case happened to me last april 25, 2018, 11:52am, at BDO, Tagbak Jaro Iloilo, i inquire my balance then i withdrawed 10k, pero hindi na despense ung money, i waited too long then i called the security guard of BDO, he told me to wait until the mechine responded transaction completed pero wla nmng money lumabas, ang atm ko lng. I checked my balance 10k was deducted already to my account i rported to the BDO bank they gave me the phone til the hotline gve me the ref number.. 5 working days daw, check ko ulit ung account ko.. i went to the bank i opened my account, i reported to them the incident, they gave me a form to be filled up then they fax/ emailed it to the BDO. Until now i am waiting that my money will be returned to my account. Pang tuition nang anak ko po pa yun BDO bank. Please BDO actionan nu naman k agad. Salamat.

same thing happened to me this afternoon. nagpasok ng maaga un payroll nmin since it will be a looong weekend and mother’s day sa sunday. so i went to bdo market market atm pra magwithdraw. sa haba ng pila. kinkabahan aq bakit ang tagal mgdispense nun money. ang hassle sa line dba. after waiting 2 mins. wala pdin. then i called the guard kung ano nanyre. aftr a few seconds wala pdin then d nxt guard came and we saw transaction complete appeared in d screen. like huh?? paano? then d guard told me to balance inquiry so i did. ayun.. poof. na debit n un pera q. i came inside d bank then pinatawag aq sa hotline. which is s.o.p ata nila un. kahit malumanay c kuya cs. 5 working days daw tlg. naiyak nlng aq sa inis. wala tlg. i even called the service officer but then she can only extend her help to expedite kso holiday so wala tlg at ndi ngrerecon ang HO ng weekend so weekdays lng un ggawin. waiting in vain lang aq sa ngaun. haiii

Same thing happened to me yesterday. Nag withdraw ako P4,300.00 sa BDO Gen. Luna Iloilo branch around 8:30am. nung na enter ko na ung pin ko it looks ok tapos lumabas na ung atm card ko, pero i noticed na parang nag sound lang ung machine na parang lalabas na ang pera tapos parang nag hang ung machine nila. after 10mins i called d guards attention bcoz na debit na ung pera sa account ko. pumasok ako sa bdo branch at tumawag ako sa call center nila and gave me a reference number and sabi it will be processed within 5 banking days. i really needed that money for my daughters tuition. im still waiting for the money to credit back to my account!

Same happened to me yesterday but with metrobank naman. Wala nilabas na receipt and cash pero na debit na sya. Nakita naman sya ng guard pero sabi sa akin balik na lang daw ako ng monday para magsagot ng form. 5-7 days daw bago mabalik un. And nakaka frustate lang kasi i really need that money. I experienced this today actually-no cash, no receipt. The ATM machine was connected to the Metrobank branch but the staff just told me to sign the complaint form and wait within this week. I might not be a big amount but it’s still my money I worked for.

This happened to me last July 16th. Withdrew 10k from BDO with my Bank of American card. The machine said “Transaction Completed” but walang pera. Checked my BOA account on my phone and to my frustration saw they took the 10k ($191 USD). Guard said to go to the BDO branch next door. BDO says I need to contact Bank Of America. I’ve already reported it, but until now (July 27th – 11 days later) nothing has progressed, still pending. This is theft if I dont get my money back. I’ve never ever had an ATM issue like this. The problem is, how will they investigate? Is there a CCTV? Can they check the machines audit trail for errors? Unfortunately I didnt take any video or screenshots. The machine was broken after I used it. I hope they reverse the Charge soon. I’ll never use a BDO ATM ever again.

Gamit ung bpi debit card ko nag withdraw ako sa bdo machine inside SM sta. Mesa. Nag process sya for about 5 minutes even ung sound ng pagbblang pera meron pero niluwa nya ung card ko without the money and transaction receipt. Nireport ko sya the same day sa bpi then till now wala padin :(. Mga gano kaya katagal bago mabalik ung pera? Thanks sa mag reresond.

Sakin din, nung August 28 ng gabi sa LDB bank, P8,900 ang nadebit sakin sa LDB Carmona Cavite, cancelled transactions, ng magbalance ako sa sariling bank ; Eastwest Bank bawas na, ang Balance ko 112.00 nalang. Naereport ko kinaumagahan na sa Eastwest bank, ang sabi 7 working days daw ang process. Pero tinawag ko pa din sa hotline baka sakali mapabilis , at binigayan ako ref# pag nga follow up daw, kasi pagpunta ko sa bangko wala man binigay sakin .

Aug 31 nagwithdraw ako tapos nakalagay transaction completed pero di naman lumabas yung pera.. nilapit ko agad sa bdo branch nila binigyan ako reference number then naghintay. ngayon sept 7 na, tumawag yung bdo CS tapos sabi bibigyan daw ako ng certification na proof daw na nakuha ko yung pera, eh hindi ko talaga nakuha. Edi wala na talaga. Yung perang pinaghirapan mo sa trabaho, nag goodbye dahil sa problema ng mga machine nila..hay. May magagawa pa ba ako dito?

Nag widthraw ako sa BPI Cybergate 3 sa pioneer mandaluyong sept 11 11k di naglabas ng pera at receipt. Sabi sa machine unable to dispense cash. BPI payroll account amo pambayad ng bahay. Tawag ako agad sa hotline. 1-3 bus. days daw. 3rd bus. day sabi nila 5-7 bus. day daw timeframe. 7th bus. day na wala pa din update sa mag check ng machine or branch ng bank sa pasay. Naka ilang tawag na ako using my cellphone sa hotline pero walang update. So meaning di nila priority ang consumer nila kahit magka penalty at ma charge ng cellphone charges tunawag sa landline. Walang choice si consumer para di gamitin services ni BPI kce payroll ang account. Kailangan ko pa pumunta sa branch ng account para mag follow up. Nag email na din ako sa BSP to file a formal complaint.

I have similar experience, made withdrawal from unionbank using my cashcard ( it was a remaining pag ibig loan of 10k) but the machine did not dispensed the amount and the bank advice withdrawal was successful but i did not get the money at all and machine got error during may transaction, im still disputing until now and ask if can check cctv footage but i why ask to pay 1k, need help

Kahapon nag withdraw ako sa Bdo machine kala ko okay na kasi lumabas na card ko tapos nagbibilang na din ng pera yung machine pero sobrang tagal kinabahan na ako tpos siguro mga 3-4 mins. yon wala parin pinabantay kosa guard kasi kako baka lumabas din yung pera habang nagrereport ako sa bdo branch sa loob ng mall. Same thing happen to me. Last Dec 10, nag widraw ako citystate savings bank, eastwest ang card ko, Deretso widraw na ako, hindi na ako nag balance inquiry kasi alam ko naman na laman, then nag loading siya for almost 3-5minutes then bigla nag transaction cancelled. Walang nilabas na pera and receipt, hindi ko na inulit kasi natatakot ako makain atm ko then nagtry ako BDO mag widraw then insufficient balance na daw, nag balance inquiry ako wala na laman atm ko. Sweldo ko pa naman un sobrang hassle. Tumawag agad ako sa hotline nila 4hrs after the incident wait daw 24-48 hrs. Ngayon dec 12 pang 2nd day na nag follow up ako for branch verification pa daw. 1-2 weeks daw ang process depende kung mabilis makipag transact ung bank na pinag widrawhan. Sana maibalik.

I have also the same experienced. It was happened today around 7:58am in the morning at PNB savings bank at BULIHAN CAVITE. I tried calling and waited almost 1.5 hour yo their 24 hrs hotline but no one picks up the phone.
Today is 29. And 2 days more new year na .

Same here union bank payroll atm card holder, nag withdraw ako ng 8k sa eastwest bank atm machine, ang tagal ng process nung machine den lumabas sa time limit sa screen sabay labas ng card ko na wala ring cash na lumabas, den lumipat ako ng ibang machine for balance inquiry wala na ung 8k ko na debit na. Nag report ako sa eastwest ko ng 24rs e rerefund daw ng machine pero nag report narin ako sa union bank wait daw ako 5days working days for investigation. Sobrang hassle ang ganito!

I tried to withdraw P2,000 from AUB machine at Gen.Luis Branch with my BPI card to buy my insulin but transaction was not allowed. So i rushed to BPI machine at Zabarte Branch but insufficient fund and check my online banking and it says “debit memo” of P2,015. The P2,000 was only transferred to my account by my niece for my insulin but with that insident, i was not able to buy my medication. The bank charge of 15 pesos was returned. I reported it the following day to both banks and BPI said that it will take 5 banking days. Until now im still waiting for their final decision to return P2,000 on my account.

it happened to me last night I withdraw 5k with my Metrobank card to BDO machine. It was smooth when I entered my password and the amount when it was about to dispense the money the machine hang up for 2 to 3mins and the response was Sorry unable to process your request. So when I checked my balance online the 5k was debited its really frustrating I went immediately to bdo bank just right beside of their machine and they were just referred me to metrobank w/o assisting they’ve said your bank will be the one will communicate to us horrible service. Ive called metrobank customer service they created a report was advised to check after 24hrs but expect that it will took 15days just this morning I went also in one of the metrobank branch was advised it will took 2 to 3 weeks. How could they easily say that? when they were so fast taking out our money?

August of 30, 2019 Friday at 9:36 am Pumunta ako PNB para magwidraw ang atm card ko is BDO, Don na ko nagwidraw para isang bayaran na lang, kasi magbabayad ako ng bahay sa PNB, Nung nandon na po ako sa PNB machine nag balance ako, tapos nag widraw ako ng 10k tapos nag hang siya and then nakita ko si kuyang guard tapos ang sabi niya nag hang ma’am tapos nun sabi ni kuyang guard w8t ko daw, tapos sinabi sakin mag balance ako, tapos nung nag balance ako nabawasan ng 10k. Pinapasok ako ni kuyang guard sa loob ng PNB at binigyan ako ng form para ifill up. Nung tapos na punta daw ako ng branch ng atm ko and nung nakarating na ko sabi ko ma’am na debit po ako, tapos pinakausap sakin yung customer service sinabi ko yung situation na nangyari and tinanong ako kung ano anong name, birthday at account number and ang sabi is 15 banking days. So ang tagal pa niya bago return sa account ko. Binigyan ako ng reference number.
So ganto na ba sa pilipinas ang bilis ng pangyayari tapos ang tagal ng process kasi investigate pa daw.
Kailangan po kaya possible na maibalik sakin yung 10k.

This happened to me today, Oct 5. Withdrew 5,000 from East West Bank ATM, biglang namatay yung ATM. Hindi blue or black screen, yung nakapatay talaga. Hindi nag-dispense ng pera kahit nag-send yung bank ko ng message sa phone na successful yung transaction. Pinicture-an ko yung ATM para may katibayan na namatay talaga sya kasi wala naman dinispense na resibo. Tawag agad ako sa CS ng East West, tapos sabi within 24-48 hours raw pwede ma-reverse yung transaction. Pag hindi pa raw nabalik after 3 to 5 days, follow up raw ako. And the waiting game begins. Sana may magpa-poll kung aling bank ATMs ang dapat natin iwasan. Parang madalas yata BDO o East West may bad juju. Will update pag naibalik na.

Same thing happened to me today, East west ung atm located sa Crimson Hotel sa Alabang tapos Metrobank ung atm ko. Naghang ung machine ng almost 2 mins tapos nilabas ung card ko pero walang resibo at pera, error message lang sa atm pero hindi ko napicturan thinking bawal magpicture ng atm machine baka sitahin ako ng ibang nakapila. Pumunta narin ako sa Metrobank tutal tabi lang un ng Vivere hotel, nireport ko na on both Eadt west at metrobank pero 5-7 bd waiting time sa east west at 3-5 bd naman sa metrobank. Sad lang kasi pambili ko un ng sapatos. Ang nangyari gumala nalang ako festival mall wala ako pambili eh.
