DOLE may grant their exemption petition if they fall under an exemptible category and have submitted all required documents. One example is that of a company or establishment which is under corporate rehabilitation as ordered so by a court.

Now, if you believe the company does not meet any of the exemption criteria but failed to give the mandated new or latest minimum wage to its workers, erring company can be reported to DOLE.
