How to Apply in DTI for Online Business Name Registration

It is now easy to apply for a business name in DTI since you can now do this via online registration. How? Follow the guide on this post.

This is PART 1 of the series Online Business Name Registration in DTI. Check out PART 2, PART 3.

DTI or Department of Trade and Industry has made it easy for future business owners to get a DTI permit and to process business name registration via the online facility that’s open to the public, which is called the BNRS.

To access the DTI BNRS, visit this link.

On the right side bar of the website, click on “New application.”

The DTI BNRS Terms and Condition will load, click “I Agree” button at the bottom of the page.

The Business Name Registration Form will load. Fill up the required details.

The first section requires you to identify the scope of your business, whether it is national, regional, city/municipality, barangay. Below each option you can see the corresponding DTI registration fee which is from P200 to P2000. There is a P15 documentary stamp tax (DST).

The next section is where you will submit your propose business name. If in case your first choice was not accepted because it does not qualify as a good business name or if somebody else has registered the same name, you can enter your second choice, your third choice and so on, until such time the propose business name is accepted and is available for registration.

We made this sample for you to demo it is really easy and convenient to eRegister a business name in DTI.  We’ve chosen to submit “iSensey Tutorials” as the proposed business name and it was accepted by the BNRS system. Please see highlighted data in yellow.

The way sila mag reply ng message is the same , so parang di ka magdududa.
