SEC ADVISORY against Pretty Pink Money Tree Investing, Pretty Pink Holdings Co. Inc. etc

The Securities and Exchange Commission has issued a SEC Advisory against Pretty Pink Online Shop aka Pretty Pink Money Tree Investing, etc. This business is said to engage in unauthorized investment taking activities from the public based on the reports and affidavits already submitted to SEC by complainants.

This company doesn’t have the proper SEC licenses for its investment-taking operation. Soliciting funds from the public for investing purposes without the necessary permits from SEC is illegal and not authorized.

The SEC warning advisory is against Pretty Pink Holdings Co. Inc, aka Pretty Pink, Pretty Pink Online Shop, Pretty Pink Money Tree, Carissa Love, Pretty Pink Money Tree Investing.

UPDATE May 24: Dumagsa na ang complaints against this investing company kuno that is alleged to be founded by a certain California-based Filipino named Charistine Jones.

To spot a potential investment scam, refer to this Scam Alert Checklist provided by SEC.

Based on complaint – affidavits, a potential member is enticed to invest in the business for as low as P500 (as mentioned in a complaint-affidavit) to as high as P522,000 (based on another complaint-affidavit). The promised return is supposed to be from 2.5% to 10% of the invested capital or principal amount, with 30 days payout schedule.

The SEC further warns that individuals who will invite or recruit other people to join or invest in this venture or offer investment contract or securities to the public may be held criminally liable or accordingly sanctioned or penalized.

SEC Advisory Pretty Pink Investing

Based on a check on Facebook, this is the alleged marketing strategy used by recruiters to enticed people to join and go for online investment. The screenshot shows Pay In, Pay Out and a claim that it is 100% legit, which is contradicted by this SEC warning. This is NOT LEGIT.

Pretty Pink MoneyTree Investment Scam

The same recruiter above has shown a DTI permit on her facebook post but the public should know that it needs more than a DTI permit to operate as an investment house. Plus, it is very easy to register a business in DTI, you can even do it online, so wag agad maniwala na legit ang business offer kapag may DTI, sa huli baka magsisisi ka.

Warn any one you know who are interested or planning to invest in Pretty Pink MoneyTree Investment, etc. Show them the SEC Advisory issued against the company.

Remember that when Aman Futures Trading operated, the perpetrators also showed a DTI permit, and also showed “payouts” of members on Facebook. Pero ano nangyari after? Nawala ng parang bula ang pera ng mga taong nag invest sa Aman.

Protect yourself, save your friends and family members from losing their hard-earned money. Invest only through SEC authorized investment firms and financial institutions.
