Currently, there is a waiver form circulating online that this allegedly made by the couple behind Just950 with the purpose of having their clients certify that they acknowledge Just 950 and the couple behind it as clients’ authorize financial manager.

The number 2 clause even states that the client who will sign the waiver gave the couple full authority on the fund/cash/money that client willingly deposited/remitted to the said couple, despite of the risk and illegalities involved. It is strongly advised that clients of Just 950 NOT TO SIGN this waiver or document and to report right away to SEC.

The couple has received a demand letter from the lawyers of COL Financial, the stock brokerage firm that PLAN 950 (correct name: JUST 950) used for their illegal investment activities. Their account with COL Financial is suspended while investigation is on-going.
