Pag-IBIG Foreclosed Properties 2016 – SEPTEMBER AUCTION

Pag-IBIG Fund acquired properties are now up for bidding on “as is where is basis”. Some properties may have people still living in the houses, so it is advisable to do an ocular inspection or site visit on the property that caught your interest before you bid on it.

There are Auctions that does not offer discounts on foreclosed properties, but there are also Auctions With Discounts.

Available Pag-IBIG Acquired Assets Public Auction

Make sure to visit the links provided on each auction date so you can check the details of available properties like lot area, floor area, minimum bid, appraisal date, and remarks whether or not unit is occupied, unoccupied, for title consolidation, etc. You will also know therein the type of property / house for bidding if it’s a town house, duplex, quadruplex, row house, condo, etc.

Public Auction NCR (No Discounts)

For the NCR Branch these are the dates of the Auctions for foreclosed properties of Pag-IBIG (No Discounts) –  September 13, 14, 15, and 20, 2016. The auction venue is the same for all schedules at this address 7th Flr. JELP Business Solutions Center, 409 Shaw Blvd. Mandaluyong City

NCR Pag-IBIG  September 13 Auction – 251 units for bidding located in Cavite.

NCR Pag-IBIG  September 14 Auction – 219 units for bidding located in Cavite.

NCR Pag-IBIG  September 15 Auction – 342 units for bidding located in Batangas, Bulacan, Laguna, Metro Manila, Rizal.

NCR Pag-IBIG September 20, 2016 Auction – There are 91 prime properties for auction which are located in Cavite, Laguna, Metro Manila and Rizal. There are available UNOCCUPIED (SECURED BY PROPERTY MANAGEMENT) properties in Bulacan, Cavite, Laguna and Metro Manila. Go over the individual foreclosed properties and check if you see something you like to bid on.

Pag-IBIG Auction with Discounts

Schedule of public auction for foreclosed properties offered by Pag-IBIG with discounts will be on September 27, 28, and 29 for NCR. Acquired asset bidding venue is 7th Flr. JELP Business Solutions Center, 409 Shaw Blvd. Mandaluyong City.

NCR September 27 – There are 249 acquired asset by Pag-IBIG for public auction. These are Prime Properties and Unoccupied (Secured Units) Properties.

NCR September 28 – 365 units available for bidding, all are located in Cavite.

NCR September 29 – There are 312 units up for public bidding. These foreclosed properties are located in Metro Manila, Bulacan, Rizal, Laguna and Batangas.

Properties for BULK SALE North Luzon

Interested investors and buyers may submit offer to purchase for bulk sale properties in various subdivisions in La Union, Ilocos Sur, Ilocos Norte, Benguet, and Pangasinan. Subdivisions like Alaminos Heights Subdivision, Pinewood Village Subdivision, Cityview Homes Subdivision, Montevista Homes, etc. Venue of bidding is in La Union branch of Pag-IBIG this coming September 15, 2016.

What is a BULK SALE referred by Pag-IBIG?  This refer to the sale of acquired assets which were pooled by the Pag-IBIG FUND with an aggregate gross selling price of at least Ten Million Pesos (Php 10,000,000).

Properties for bulk sale are offered on “as is where is” basis. Pag-IBIG offers discount ranging from 40 to 42% depending on the gross selling amount of the bulk assets.

PAG-IBIG BIDDING ADVISORY

This is a very important reminder from the Pag-IBIG Fund on their Foreclosed Assets that are up for bidding: Please be advised that Brokers and Agents are NOT ALLOWED to accept or collect any payments relative to the reservation or down payment for the purchase of acquired assets.

There are additional discounts that may be offered to winning bidders depending on the payment method that they will avail. There is an additional 20% discount for cash payments, while for short term installment discount of 10% are offered by Pag-IBIG on their bidded acquired assets.
