The Social Security System (SSS) makes it easier for the millions of SSS-members OFWs to contact the department for membership inquiries, record verifications, contribution updates, loans processing, retirement benefits and more thru the OFW-CONTACT SERVICES UNIT (CSU).
Overseas Filipino Workers can now use the various channels of the SSS CSU contact centers if they want to talk to an SSS officer.

You can also monitor all your past contributions and premiums paid, number of contributions made, current loan status, employer history etc. if you will enroll and register for a MySSS account online. It’s FREE to register for sss online. Once done, wherever you may be in the world, you can access your MySSS account as long as you are connected to the internet.
