Diversification

If you only set aside funds for the stock market and you have various positions like one in a property company, another in holdings, another one in mining, etc. – this is not the recommended ‘diversification’. Real diversification means putting your funds in different financial instruments like savings, stocks, mutual funds, insurance, real properties, etc.  These investment vehicles have different risk tolerance, potential ROI, time frame, purposes etc.

Don’t put all your eggs in one basket! Diversify your investment! But more importantly, start to invest for your future, NOW!
