You can pay any BPI credit card using your BPI Express online access, but you need to enroll the credit card first before you can use the Bills Payment facility.
Take note that you can enroll your own BPI credit card (cc), you can also enroll another person’s cc.
iSensey shares this step by step guide on how to enroll credit card issued by BPI in Bills Payment and Pay the amount due via online banking.
If your BPI credit card already listed in your online banking “My Portfolio”?
If you are enrolling your own BPI credit card that is already registered in online banking, meaning you can see your cc details when you click “My Portfolio”, this means you are not required to submit a signed copy of the Bills Payment enrollment form.
It is more convenient because you can just enroll your card in Bills Payment via online and then wait for at least 3 banking days for processing of your enrollment request. Once processed, you will see “BECC” in the list of merchants allowed for Bills Payment. You can then pay your credit card bills using your BPI savings or current account as ‘payment source’.
If your BPI credit card is not included in “My Portfolio” list of accounts, add it first.

When will the payment reflect on your credit card balance?
Normally, online payment will be posted to your account 1 day after payment. Once posted, the amount paid will “return” to your credit limit.
Example (normal posting): Your available credit limit as of July 6 is P30,000 instead of the actual P35K credit limit of your card due to a payable worth P5K. Then on July 8 you paid P3,000. On July 9, the available credit limit will become P33,000 to reflect the posted payment. If you paid the P5K in full, your credit limit will reset to P35K.
*If your payment is not reflected the day after, call BPI to inquire.
Skip the long queue in the branches. Register your BPI credit card for online payment via the Express Online Banking and pay conveniently at home or while on the go.
