How Much Can You Earn Using Google Adsense?

Adsense earnings can be as big as you want it. Back in the early 2000s, someone even earned $132,994.97 for one month. That’s in USD! Read this blogger’s story and see the $$$$ check issued by Google Adsense to him, on the remark portions of this post.

Adsense Earnings Filipino Pinoy Bloggers

Your earnings from the advertisement shown on your site depends on a lot of things, from the work you’ve put in your blog from the technical side to the writing of quality and useful contents for your target readers, to the general profitability of your chosen niche or blog topic, the way you market your blog to gain more web traffic or hits, and many more factors.

*Some topics / niches generates higher CPC or Cost per click. These are usually financial or business topics, auto / cars topics, diet / health, real estate, specialized product-related topics, etc.
Viral or entertainment niches can be very profitable but only if you’re among the first to write about a story while it just started to get viral. I favor more evergreen topics, like how to tutorials, “lists” posts, ultimate guide post, these types.

THE TARGET AUDIENCE MATTERS

The CPC and possibility of earning is even higher if the target audience are from the US, UK, AUS, etc. Readers from Asia / Middle East / Africa tend to generate low earnings per click so you need to pump-up greater effort to generate a wide reader base so you can earn decent advertising commission monthly.

*Micro-niche sites are also reputed to earn well because they these kind of websites have a passionate following and repeat site visitors.

SAMPLE EARNINGS of Filipino Bloggers

In the local scene, I personally know bloggers who are earning averages of $1,000 to $6,000 monthly from Adsense. Earnings really depends on your hard work and the ‘heart’ you put into making your blog the best and useful it can be. Sometimes there is luck involve too. 🙂 I wish to join the ranks of these high earning Pinoy bloggers in the future. But hopefully it’s soon, please GA! Hehe 😀

A friend was kind enough to allow iSENSEY to share his earning snapshot with the readers of this blog, with the hope that it will inspire more bloggers especially Philippine-based bloggers to take blogging and web publishing seriously, to start working more, to start implementing effective strategies.

Pinoy Blogger Adsense Earning 2016

I also know of Pinoy bloggers who are contented with earning only enough to hit the monthly $100 threshold. Again, the work you put into your sites has direct correlation to the amount you’ll earn. If you are not earning as much as you want or you are not hitting your monthly $$ goals, check where you need to improve and find ways to address the situation.

To Disclose: All time earnings for this iSensey website since getting approved for GA mid of April (last month) is a little less than $50 as of today. iSensey still has a LONG WAY to go, lol.

Fly by night blogs won’t cut it in the long term. Aim for long term earnings. BUILD QUALITY SITES!

Also, do you need to employ blackhat strategies to earn like spamming anywhere from forums to FB groups and pages and using softwares to force more traffic on your sites and to deceive your readers??? NOPE. You don’t need to and frankly, you mustn’t. Do things in moderation. Sure you can promote your blog in groups and pages that is of the same topic as your site, but don’t overdo it, FB itself might ban you or your site.

In general, if your goal is to earn from your website via Google Adsense know that blackhat strategies are frown upon by Google. If you do implement BH agressively, you run the risk of getting your account banned. Avoid that possibility, always follow Google Adsense’ TOS or Terms of Service and Policies.

By the way if blogging is not your forte, you can always aim to have a profitable Youtube channel that shows Adsense ads on videos you produce. Even kids are earning a million a year from Google Adsense like Hulyan and Maya!  Are you a follower of Youtube star PewDiePie? He made it to Forbes for earning a record of 12 MILLION US DOLLARS in 2014! Whoa! Not a geek but a fashionista? You have probably heard of Michelle Phan, she rakes in millions too from her youtube make-up tutorial vids!

Update 2017:

This 50+ years old Pinoy Blogger is now earning above P100,000 monthly!!!

So what do you like more, earning monthly in the range of $1,000 to a million or just hitting the $100 payment threshold?

You earn what you sow! Sipag pa! Kaya yan! Let us Dream and DREAM BIG!

If you have a website that you think is ready for submission to Adsense and meets GA requirements, submit it now using a Google account. Apply to Adsense!

REMARKS: Check the whooping $132,994,97 Adsense check! Amazing!
