Starting on July 1, 2018, Pag-IBIG Housing Loan amortization shall be paid EXCLUSIVELY through the accredited payment centers or collecting partners.
iSensey shared the list of the outlets accredited to received payments for the housing loan amortization in Pag-IBIG as well as step by step procedure on how to make payments.

Note: LandBank and Metrobank will only accept payments for current or updated accounts only. If your account is past due, choose to pay in other payment centers.

How much are the convenience fees? These Pag-IBIG partners will charge the following convenience fees per transaction:
- SM (SM Business Centers, SM Hypermarket, Savemore) – P5.00
- Bayad Center and authorized partners – P7.00
- CashPinas Moneygment App – free download of App; P25.00 for use of App
- GCash mobile payment – P5.00
- M Lhuillier – P7.00
- ECPay- P7.00
- Metrobank and LANDBANK – no fee will be charged

- Faster and secure transactions.
Can the borrower still pay his amortization even after the due date? The following collecting partners will accept payments after due date:
- SM Business Center, Hypermarket and Savemore
- Bayad Center and its authorized partners
- Via ECPay thru 7-Eleven stores or its merchant partners (with signage “powered by ECPay”)
- Using the CashPinas Moneygment App
- M Lhuillier branches
- GCash mobile payment
The following collecting partners will accept payments only for updated or current accounts:
- Metrobank
- LANDBANK
HOW TO PAY IN PAG-IBIG PAYMENT PARTNERS
If you will pay thru Bayad Center, SM, or M Lhuillier, these is the procedure in paying the housing loan amortization:
- Fill out the required payment form from the collecting partner. Be sure that you know your Housing Account Number (HAN) which you can get from your Monthly Billing Statement or previous Official Receipts.
Note: If the wrong HAN is entered into the system of the collecting partner, the payment process may not continue or may be credited to another HL account. Make sure that you enter or indicate the correct information, especially the HAN when paying.
*Check your old OR or billing statement for your correct HAN number.
- Pay your housing loan amortization.
- Receive the machine-validated Payment Slip indicating the Transaction Reference Number.
This shall serve as your official receipt and proof of payment.
Note: The collecting partners Bayad Center, SM, M Lhuillier will receive payments even for accounts that are not updated or current or payments made after due date.
If you will pay thru Metrobank or LandBank, this is the Pag-IBIG housing loan amortization payment procedure:
- Present your current Housing Loan Billing Statement.
- Pay your housing loan amortization.
- Receive the validated Billing Statement indicating the Transaction Reference Number.
This shall serve as your official receipt and proof of payment.
Note: Metrobank and LANDBANK will receive payments for updated or current accounts only. NOT available for online banking.
Paying procedure if you want to pay the housing loan amortization using GCash mobile payment (available only for Globe/TM subscribers):
1.Register to GCash using your Globe/TM Sim
Dial *143# (no charge) and press CALL
Select “GCash”, and “REGISTER”. Enter details as required.
Enter “Registration Code” and you will be asked to confirm the details entered and agree on the “Terms and Conditions”.
Once transaction is successfully completed, you will receive an acknowledgement reflecting the Reference Number and an instruction to change the MPIN for security purposes.
- Convert Cash to GCash (Cash-in)
To cash-in, be sure that you are a Globe or Touch Mobile Subscriber.
You can cash-in through:
- Online bank transfer (for those with active accounts in the bank)
- BancNet ATM machines
Insert your ATM card in the machine of any BancNet bank.
Choose the option “Fund Transfer”.
Key in your 11-digit mobile phone number when asked for the destination of the account number
Once the transaction is completed, you will receive a text confirmation.
- Mobile Phone Banking
- At any GCash outlets – Go to your nearest GCash outlet to fund your GCash wallet.
- Your money is now converted to GCash.
- Use your GCash wallet in paying your housing loan amortization.
- Once your GCash wallet has been funded, you can pay your housing loan amortization, as follows:
- Dial *143# and choose GCash. o Enter the required details.
- Once payment details are accomplished, a Transaction Summary will be displayed reflecting the program type and amount.
- Confirm the amount, type of transaction and PRN to complete the transaction
- Upon confirmation, you will receive an acknowledgement message.
Note: You can also access GCash via Mobile App. Download is free thru the App Store. Google Play or Blackberry Appworld.
If you want to pay for the Pag-IBIG Housing Loan via 7-Eleven stores (via ECPay), follow these steps:
- Visit the ECPay website at www.ecpay.com and click “Pay your Pag-IBIG Now”.
- The User is required to register using a Mobile Number. Password is also necessary for security reasons.
- After successful log-in, select “Housing Loan”.
- Input your Housing Account Number (HAN), then click “Validate”. The member-borrower will be required to enter the “Area Code”, “Contact Number” and the Amount to be paid.
- The member has the option to pay via ECPay Merchant Partners or at any 7-Eleven branch.
- If you choose via 7-Eleven, you will be re-directed to the 7-Eleven Payment Instruction Page.
- Pay at any 7-Eleven store. You will be given a printed receipt.
Note: You have 24 hours to pay your amortization at any 7-Eleven stores.
If you want to pay thru 7-Eleven stores (via CashPinas Moneygment App), follow these steps:
- Download and install the Moneygment App (tree download).
- Register or log-in (user may use Facebook, Gmail or their own email).
- Select “Pay your SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG” link.
- Fill in your account details.
- Select “Pag-IBIG”, then select “Housing Loan Amortization” payment type.
- Input your Pag-IBIG Housing Loan details.
- Confirm your Payment.
- Select payment method.
- If thru 7-Eleven, you will be re-directed to the 7-Eleven payment instruction page.
- Follow instructions and pay at any 7-Eleven stores. You will receive a printed receipt.
Can you pay using credit card in the payment outlets? NO. These payment partners of Pag-IBIG will only accept CASH PAYMENTS.
What proof will the member-borrower get to ensure that payment has been received by Pag-IBIG?
The Transaction Reference Number indicated on the machine-validated Payment Slip or Billing Statement shall serve as the borrower’s proof of payment. The payment shall be posted to the borrower’s account by Pag-IBIG up to three (3) working days, from date of payment of housing loan amortization. The borrower can request for his Statement of Account that shows all payments made.
What proof will the member-borrower get to ensure that payment has been received by Pag-IBIG?
As proof of receipt of payment by Pag-IBIG, the Fund will send the borrower an SMS or text message confirming that his payment has been received.
Meanwhile, the Transaction Reference Number indicated on the machine-validated Payment Slip or Billing Statement shall serve as the borrower’s proof of payment.

We suggest that after you make your payment in your chosen payment center, that you take a picture of the receipt for your file, because tape receipt’s ink has a tendency to fade over time. It’s better to have a clear copy of the receipt, in case there are issues that will arise in the future. *Make sure the transaction reference number is visible in the picture/screenshot.
What kind of housing-related payments must be made directly to Pag-IBIG offices? Pag-IBIG offices shall accept payments only for the following:
- Accounts already endorsed to Collecting Agents (CA)
- Transactions such as:
- Full payment of housing loan obligation
- Housing Loan Application processing fee
- Appraisal Fee
- Conversion cost
- Housing Loan amortization payments to be applied to principal, where the borrower’s instruction shall be required
- Transactions related to the disposal of Pag-IBIG Acquired Assets, such as:
- Full payment of selling price
- Reservation fee
- Down payment / Bidder’s bond
- Equity
- Interim and Advance Mortgage/Sales Redemption Insurance (MRI/SRI) premiums
- Interim and Advance Fire and Allied Perils Insurance (FAPI) premiums
- Monthly installment
- Rent

hi there.. i was due for two months and i paid using the Moneygment APP ..i know that admerex already called me and informed me that i need to settle my balances, which i cannot pay in full so i just paid 1 month only …will it still reflect in my account even though my account was endorsed thru collecting agents..i didnt pay in Pagibig offices only in 7/11 using the Moneygment APP..please advice

If we want to advance, and pay, for example 30k for the principal, we need to go to the main office? If I have a monthly amor. Of 8200, and I want to pay 40k,for the rest of the money to advance for the principal do I have to bring it to the main brnch?

yes, you may go to the PagIbig branch near you if you have an extra money and want it to pay-in your principal PagIbig housing loan.

Copied information, i dont know which of you is the original author of these information. Anyways, i did not really get the information i need to know as both of you focused on payment channels that charges us a fee. Are you being paid by these. Todo paliwanag paano magbayad gamit gcash ecpay etc pero pagdating sa landbank o metrobank super basic info lang.
