This 2017 Camella launches their “Easy Home Series” and “Easy Hill Series”. Buyers can choose from these Easy Home Series model houses – Reva, Ravena, Mika, Mikaela, Bella, Cara, Dana, Ella, Freya, Greta.
The Easy Hill Series includes house models Issa and Isabela.

Reva house model is a single firewall with 40 sqm floor area and minimum of 66 lot area. This model comes with 2 rooms and 1 bathroom. Provision for a carport is available, but not for balcony. Based on Camella’s official website price for Reval model runs from P1,350,000 to P1,550,000.
Ravena house model is a townhouse featuring 40 sqm floor area and 44 sqm lot area. 2 rooms with 1 bathroom. No provision for carport nor balcony. Selling price for Camella’s Ravena ranges from P1,050,000 to P1,400,000.
Mika house model features a single firewall on a minimum 66 sqm lot area, and 46 sqm floor area. 2 rooms plus 1 bathroom. Provision for carport but not for balcony. Price ranges from P1,400,000 to P1,600,000.
Mikaela house model is a townhouse with 46 sqm floor area and 44 sqm lot area. 2 rooms plus 1 bathroom. No provision for carport and balcony. This model is offered from P1,100,000 to P1,500,000.
Bella house model is a single firewall house on a 88 sqm lot area, floor area is pegged at 53. Provision for carport, but not for a balcony. Price is from P1,900,000 to P2,400,000.
Cara house model is a single firewall with 66 sqm floor area on a minimum 88 sqm lot area. This model comes with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one on the ground floor and the other on the second floor). Provision for carport but not for balcony. Cara model price is from P2,200,000 to P2,700,000.
Dana house model is a single firewall with floor area of 85 sqm on a minimum 99 sqm lot area. This model features 4 rooms (1 master bedroom and 2 rooms on the second floor, plus an extra room on the ground floor which you can use as storage room or maid’s room) and 3 bathrooms (the master bedroom has it’s own bathroom). Provision for carport, but not for balcony. Camella Dana house model price is from P2,700,000 to P3,000,000.
Ella house model features a single firewall, with 100 sqm floor area on a minimum 110 sqm lot area. This house is big with 5 rooms and 3 bathrooms. Provision for carport, but not for balcony. Price range for this model in a Camella subdivision is P3,100,000 to P4,000,000.
Freya house model features a single firewall, 110 sqm floor area, 121 sqm lot area. 5 bedrooms plus 3 bathrooms. Freya comes with a carport and a balcony. This real property price is from P4,150,000 to P5,200,000.
Greta house model is a single detached house with 166 floor area on a minimum 143 sqm lot area. 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Carport and 2 balcony included in the TCP. Price of Greta unit is from P5,400,000 to P6,200,000. This model is the biggest among Camella’s Easy House Series.
CAMELLA EASY HILL SERIES
Issa house model is a single firewall house type that features 72 sqm floor area and 99 sqm lot area. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Price is not disclosed in the official website of this real estate developer.
Isabela house model is a single firewall featuring 72 sqm floor area and 99 sqm lot area. Price not disclose yet.
When is the best time to buy a house and lot?
Is it a good time to buy and invest in real estate now? If your finances are ready and you know that you’ll be able to meet the monthly amortization if you will take a loan, then the answer is definitely YES! Buy now before prices shoots up.

This May 2017 Camella Riverfront Easy Home Series Bella model located in Pit-os Talamban, Cebu City is cheaper versus the same model in Camella Homes Bacoor, Cavite. Riverfront Bella sells for P2,411,281 for Non-RFO units. On Camella Bacoor the same Bella model sells for P2,995,000, also non-RFO.

Camella Homes Payment Options
If you are paying spot cash, ask the Camella marketing officer in charge of your account for a discount. This summer they even have a promo wherein those who pay the reservation fee for any unit within the sale period will get free gift certificates or home item.
Another way to pay is via Deferred payment for a specific number of months at 0% interest rate (buyer will need to issue post-dated checks). OR if you meet the requirements, you can even take out a bank loan or Pag-IBIG loan in buying a house and lot, or lot only from this developer.
Don’t be shy to ask your real estate agent about payment options and if Camella offers a promo or price discount for the unit you are interested in. Who knows you may buy in perfect timing when Camella offers free carport and balcony or a huge discount.
By the way, if you are doing an online search for house and lot, make sure to check when the ad was posted. If the advertisement is made in the last 3 to 6 months, you can use the indicated price as a reference point. But if the ad or post is an old one, i.e. more than a year since it was posted on a real estate website, iSensey suggest that you call up the developer’s marketing team to ask for updated prices for Camella homes.
