Provident Pag-ibig fund 10 Years Withdrawal Benefit Claim
How about those who meet the Maturity Criteria? Those members who have contributed 10 years of continuous payment or 120 months, can they withdraw from Pag-IBIG?
Answer: On this case, Pag-IBIG Fund says that if a member has completed 120 months of contribution WITHOUT ANY GAP, the individual is already in his/her 10 years as a member with no existing loan, this member can avail of the PROVIDENT BENEFITS CLAIM – 10 year maturity period. Provided that the member will file the Provident Benefits Claim in a Pag-IBIG branch within 1 year of his 10-years anniversary as a Pag-IBIG member (before reaching 11-years membership anniversary).
If you are not sure about the status of your membership with HDMF, kindly contact Pag-IBIG directly through their email email@example.com, call them at this number (02) 724 4244 or visit a Pag-IBIG branch nearest you.
NOTE: A Pag-IBIG member will not be blacklisted if he/she lost his/her job or have stop working. The contributions will remain in the member’s name until such time that said member is already eligible for the Pag-IBIG contribution withdrawal.

Hi iSensey, i visited the Pag IBIG branch near my place and inquire regarding my case. But sad to say they not allowed me to claim my provident fund due to the payment that i miss from early 2015 to present. I am not even allowed to pay the previous years that i missed to complete my 15years. The only option is to wait for my retirement age to claim my provident fund or to continue my contributions for 10years again without miss or gap and only such time i am qualified to claim.
A Pag-IBIG customer service officer has to follow rules when processing applications for provident claims. You can only claim if you meet any of the criteria listed above. If you made any payment gap, you are not allowed for provident claims.
You can also read other articles here in iSensey under the Category: Government Services > Pag-IBIG to get some idea about several member concerns, but again it’s best to go to a branch of HDMF for individualized case handling, especially about contributions, provident claiming, housing loans, multi-purpose loan etc.
